Performance wise, the X99-A is every bit the performer as the X99 Deluxe and X79 based Rampage IV Extreme. At stock speeds, its performance is on par with the X99 Deluxe, as it should be when using the same settings. Overclocking changes up the positioning some, but still the performance across all three boards is similar.
