THQ Nordic is turning ten years old and has been celebrating the occasion with a Steam sale that includes giving away Titan Quest Anniversary Edition and Jagged Alliance 1 Gold Edition, but that is not all this publisher decided to do. The company also streamed a showcase that revealed six upcoming games, and for those hoping for a new game that was not shared, at the end it said 42 games are currently in development and there are still 28 yet to be announced. Hopefully the sequel or franchise reboot is in there, along with new IP.

It was not just new game announcements that were shared as part of the showcase as both ELEX II and Expeditions: Rome had new trailers and information revealed. For the former, the new trailer was showing off the game's story as Jax returns from exile to try bringing the people of Magalan back together, before a dark power arrives to threaten everyone. Fortunately he will have his trusty jetpack to help him explore the lived-in world. The NPCs you encounter will remember what you have done and react accordingly, will join and leave your group depending on your behavior, and can even be killed if you are not careful. ELEX II will be coming to PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.

Unfortunately there is no press release accompanying the Expeditions: Rome showcase trailer, but you can see some of what the game will offer and the decisions involved with its development. Be sure to check it out if you are interested in this tactical, turn-based, RPG that is coming to PC.
