It was two years ago Ubisoft launched Tom Clancy's The Division and since then it has reached the milestone of 20 million players worldwide, which is twice the population of Sweden, for comparison. To thank the players for this, the game is going to have a month of activities, including a total of four Global Events; one for each week in March. Global Events alter the experience with modifiers for all in-game activities and participating players can get special cosmetic and gameplay rewards. Players can also tune into The Division Twitch channel for daily gameplay and Weekly State of the Game streams at 8 AM PST for Twitch drops all month. Viewers just need to watch for more than 30 minutes to automatically unlock the prizes, if their Twitch and Ubisoft accounts are linked.

For those who might not remember, prior to launch The Division set a record for largest beta phases for a new franchise, with 6.4 million players taking part, and at launch it became the fastest-selling new franchise in the gaming industry as well. Since then it has received many updates including three expansions, but the developers continue to work on the game and with the community to further improve the experience.
