AMD Releases Alpha Adrenalin Drivers Addressing DX9 Issues

Along with the various features the new Adrenalin drivers AMD released last month came at least one serious bug that would cause some DirectX 9 games to crash. After this was discovered there was some miscommunication from AMD about if it would be fixed, but thankfully that was cleared up a shortly after with the company investigating it and then actually finding the cause. Of course knowing a bug and its cause has been found does not mean we will see a fix released soon, and technically that is still the case, but if you want to try it out in its current form, download and install Adrenalin Edition Alpha. AMD has released an alpha driver, so it is not recommended for general use, but it should address the DX9 issue at least partially. There may still be some kinks to work out for the fix and then some time before the release version is ready, but if the alpha driver is there now if you want to test it.
