There is not a single GPU card that is going to keep pace with the performance of the HD4870X2. The GTX260 Back edition is not an exception to that statement. However, the performance of the Black Edition is very similar to that of the overclocked GTX280 and significantly higher than the 1GB 4870. The only stronger single GPU card in this comparison is the GTX280 Amp Edition from Zotac.
