Ultra Power Partner Review

Testing: 

To properly test the Ultra Power Partner 325 Watt Power Supply, I will be using a digital multimeter to gather readings of the different rails of the power supplies. I will be doing this under two conditions. The first will be idle testing, measured after the computer has been started up and sitting for about a half hour doing nothing. The second condition I will be measured while the computer is performing different tasks back-to-back, such as an OCCT 30 minute stress test, as well as 3DMark06.
