In Metro: Last Light, Sapphire's R7 370 Nitro will get up and over 30FPS at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 if you cut back on the eye candy just a little bit more. At stock speeds it performs above the level of the GTX 750, but is limited in the overclocking arena.

In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, changing the preset will get you a playable 30FPS in this game. Overclocking takes the average frame rates up over 30 as well.
