Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 4GB Testing:

Fallout 4:

Bethesda Game Studio's latest Fallout game, Fallout 4, takes us to post-apocalyptic Boston in the year 2287. This first or third-person RPG sees our created character explore the area, take on quests, build settlements, and unravel a long story with plenty of twists and turns. Fallout 4 runs on a modified version of the Creation Engine, the same that powers The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is available for just about every gaming platform and uses the Lith Tech game engine.

In Fallout 4 and in Shadow of Mordor, the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 is delivering performance FPS levels between the GTX 970 and R9 390. As a card targeted at 1920 x 1080 gaming, it looks like its going to deliver playable FPS at 2560 x 1440 as well. Running 4K with a 4GB card is not where you are gonna go with this card, but we gave it a shot anyhow.
