Downloading and installing Registry Booster 2010 is pretty straight forward, you have the option to start with Windows and whether or not to place an icon on the desktop.
When you launch Registry Booster 2010, the program automatically begins a scan of your computer detecting all of the errors. Once this scan is complete, you click 'fix errors'. However, instead of fixing, you are greeted with a popup window giving you the option to either fix errors for free, or purchase a serial number to register the product.
The interface of Registry Booster 2010 is very simple and straight forward. Four tabs are seen across the top of the window and subsections are navigated between on the left. The entire setup is clean and well laid out. On the first tab, 'Overview', you can see the overall health of your system from the perspective of your registry. You can see exactly how many errors were found on your last scan, as well as being given the option to begin a new scan. Along the bottom you can register the product as well as check for updates.
Up next, you have the 'Registry Scan' tab, which is where everything of performance value is placed. Here you will find controls for scanning, fixing, and defragmenting your registry files. You can view logs of your previous scans and configure your 'ignore list' in case there are any known compatibility issues that you would like to circumvent.
