Conclusion:

Is the Ideazon Reaper Edge Gaming Mouse better then a run of the mill white box mouse? Absolutely, I was very impressed with this mouse. It beat my old Microsoft mouse hands down. I would like to see a couple options added similar to the G5 and G9 with features like the ability to add weight to your mouse. The Reaper was a little on the light side for my liking. A feature I really like about the G5 is a well shielded mouse cord making it stand up to some abuse. The Reaper lacked in this area too.

Being that I am Canadian I did want to see the Ideazon do well seeing as how they are based in Canada, but, all of this aside they did come up short in major areas. On the plus side I loved the design, the carbon fiber skin looks awesome, and the anti-slip thumb grip was great. My hand did sweat a little, but not investing in the non sweat coating on their next model would do them a lot of good. Would I recommend this mouse? Yes, it is a great mouse at a decent price. It is easy to customize and doesn’t feel cheap like some gaming knock offs out there. If you are looking for a mouse and dislike the Logitech series, this may be your next choice.

  • Thumb buttons position
