In Battlefield 4, the PCS+ R9 380X is the higher performing R9 380X in the comparison group. It still is delivering less FPS than the GTX 960 in this game by a fairly large margin in both resolutions. Overclocking helps get the performance level up to stock GTX 960 performance results, but the gap is still there comparing apples to apples.

In Assassin's Creed Unity, the performance level of the PCS+ R9 380X shows a significant FPS advantage over the GTX 960 and falls between 10-14 FPS below the results generated by the GTX 970. Looking at the Witcher 3 results shows that the PCS+ R9 380X Myst Edition gets within 10 FPS of the GTX 970 when overclocked.
