MSI RX 470 Gaming X 8G Testing:

Fallout 4:

Bethesda Game Studio's latest Fallout game, Fallout 4, takes us to post-apocalyptic Boston in the year 2287. This first or third-person RPG sees our created character explore the area, take on quests, build settlements, and unravel a long story with plenty of twists and turns. Fallout 4 runs on a modified version of the Creation Engine; the same that powers The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor:

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is an open-world, action-adventure video game featuring an all-new story set within J.R.R. Tolkien's mythical world of Middle-earth. Developed by Monolith Productions and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, it released in 2014, with a Game of the Year edition arriving over half a year later. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is available for just about every gaming platform and uses the LithTech game engine.

In Fallout 4 and Shadow of Mordor, the RX 470 is not going to set the world on fire. What it will do is allow the user to have a good gaming experience and FPS levels well above 60FPS at the target 1920x1080 resolution. At 2560x1440, you still get playable FPS levels with robust settings in these two games.
