Limits for over-voltage protection are the only figures that are quoted. No mention in the accompanying literature or on the Hiper website for over-current, under-voltage, over-temperature, over-power or short circuit protection. I feel sure that all off these safety measures will be included, but I cannot find any written evidence to confirm it.
