Testing:

Sisoft Sandra is a diagnostic utility and synthetic benchmarking program. Sandra allows you to view your hardware at a higher level to be more helpful. For this benchmark, I will be running a broad spectrum of tests to gauge the performance of key areas of the motherboards.

From the above multi-core efficiency results, as well as the memory bandwidth/latency results, AMD has been hard at work on the 770 chipset squeezing out some performance.
