Taipei 101:

In the very center of the building you see this odd looking yellow ball with huge shocks attached to it. From what we found out is this is for the building to absord the wind to keep the building from swaying. As I tell you this, I don't think I want to be that high up with huge gusts of wind happening outside. I took two pictures from the stairwell looking down to the bottom but 89 is just a little too high to see the bottom lol. As you can see there are clouds on the glass and as you walk on it, the clouds disappear revealing a picture of the city beneath you. Pretty cool how that worked. You could tell how much time, effort and money went into this project as everywhere you went it showed.
