When you hear the name Asus you think great motherboards, but like alot of other manufactures they also produce video cards. Everyone knows the name GeForce, well today we are going to look at the MX440. The Ti series cards are the most powerful well the MX is a decent gaming card but is aimed for the budget gamer. Today we will compare the card to the Asus 4600Ti and see how it does, so let’s get started shall we:
Nice looking box could be a good sign.
Intel Pentium II/III/Celeron, Pentium 4
(systems with AGP 1.0 Slot and up to 4.0)
When ever you buy hardware sometimes you will get extra software with it, in this case we only got two games but what do you expect for the price right :)
As you can see nothing really fancy that grabs my attention. There is a S-Video jack on the back of the card for you to hook your computer up to your TV. I am unable to do this because of my last review I stole the TV for three days and my wife was really upset.:) So look at my past review on how to set it up.
I am going to run a series of tests with 3dmark 2001, Quake and Comanche 4 (great game). So let’s get started and see how the card does.
