Testing:

Sisoft Sandra is a diagnostic utility and synthetic benchmarking program. Sandra allows you to view your hardware at a higher level to be more helpful. For this benchmark, I will be running a broad spectrum of tests to gauge the performance of key areas of the motherboards.

The Blitz Extreme outright beats the P5K3 Premium in the memory tests in Sandra. Both boards are equipped with Intel P35 chipsets, so platform performance is similar.
