If you are looking for a sci-fi action RPG, a new one is coming to PC and Xbox One on September 1, with the PlayStation 4 launch following on September 5. Songbringer is being developed by the one-man team of Wizard FU and published by Double Eleven, and in this title you will be playing as Roq, a planetary surveyor who has to save the universe after accidentally waking an ancient evil army. Exploring the world of Ekzerra and defeating its bosses is the only way to grow enough to bring peace to the galaxy again.

Songbringer is a single-player action RPG, but does support local coop two player mode. It features real time combat with seven weapon types, including the nanosword, blink orb, and kilobombs, along with hundreds of unique items and power ups. Some of these items can also be combined. The world is procedurally generated from a six-letter world seed with one overworld, 10 dungeons, and 13 primary bosses with hidden items, secret entrances, pathways, and bomb-able walls. With a roguelike permadeath option and online leaderboards, players will be able to compete with each other over their 6-12 hour adventures.
