A "very good" source with access to an internal server roadmap has revealed some early details on the upcoming AMD Vega 10 and Vega 20 graphics cards. The Vega 10 is built on the 14nm GFX9 architecture with 16GB of HBM2 and 64 Compute Units. It is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2017 with a dual Vega 10 available in the second quarter. The Vega 20 will use the 7nm GFX9 architecture with 32GB of HBM2 and 64 Compute Units. It will support PCI-Express 4.0, but no information on expected availability was given. AMD will also be replacing the Polaris 10 chips with the Vega 11, though no further information was made available.
