Homefront: The Revolution has released today in North America, with worldwide release on Friday. To mark the occasion, the Launch Trailer has been released, as has details of the Expansion Pass and Resistance Mode online co-op feature.

The Expansion Pass brings with it three single-player campaign expansions, with the first two releasing later this year, and the third in 2017. The Voice of Freedom and Aftermath will add new districts for the player to explore, along with original content to build on the base game's 30-hour campaign. The 2017 content, Beyond the Walls will be "much larger" but the details are to come later. The pass also gives players the 'Supply Line' and 'The Right Kind of School' perks for Resistance Mode. The former gives the player a free Resistance Crate every week, just for logging into the co-op mode, and the latter gives you three new background for your character: ATF Agent; G-Man; and U.S. Marshall.

Resistance Mode launches with six missions, but we can expect new missions to arrive in June. All additional missions for this mode will be free for everyone, at least for the first year as the developers, Dambuster Studios, are dedicated to delivering high quality content to everyone.
