For a long time, people have wanted a reversible form of USB, so they do not need to worry about finding the top of the device. Now we have that thanks to the reversible USB Type-C connector, and today Kingston Digital is releasing the DataTraveler micro Duo 3C flash drive, which sports both a Type-C and Type-A connector. The Type-A connector, which is the connector found on most flash drives today, supports USB 2.0, 3.0, and the new 3.1 standards, so you can use the drive with current computers, as well as upcoming devices featuring Type-C ports.

Thanks to USB 3.1, the drive is capable of read speeds up to 100 MB/s and write speeds up to 15 MB/s. The drive is available in 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB capacities and is backed by Kingston's five-year warranty.
