AT&T Introduces Shareable Rollover Data

Category: Mobile

AT&T has revealed that it is bringing back its popular rollover concept in the form of Rollover Data. The newly announced feature, which will be enabled automatically starting on January 25, 2015 at no cost to customers, is only available to those subscribed to an AT&T Mobile Share Value plan. Customers that subscribe a Mobile Share Value plan are able to rollover unused data from one billing cycle into the next. Rollover Data is able to benefit all devices that are a part of the same Mobile Share Value plan, and the feature itself can be easily tracked through the myAT&T mobile application or through the AT&T website. According to Glenn Lurie, the President and CEO of AT&T Mobility, “Rollover Data is an added benefit of being an AT&T Mobile Share Value customer and it’s just another way that we’re saying thanks to our more than 50 million plus Mobile Share Value subscribers.”

While Rollover Data is certainly exciting for AT&T Mobile Share Value customers, it is worth noting that unused Rollover Data does not carry over.
