Mushkin Launches Redline and Blackline DDR4 Kits with New Ridgeback Heat Sink Design

Category: Memory
Posted: 11:17PM

One of the leaders in memory products, Mushkin, is diving into the DDR4 world with new modules and a new heat sink. The Redline and Blackline DDR4 kits benefit from the new Ridgeback heat sink, which offers a stylish design cut from aircraft-grade aluminum. Each kit features XMP 2.0 profiles for quick and easy overclocking on Intel's new X99 platform and whatever else may follow for DDR4 support. The Redline and Blackline Ridgeback models feature hand-selected and tested DDR4 DRAM modules, so every kit is guaranteed to work. Of course, each kit can also handle whatever overclocking you may decide to do, with that sweet Ridgeback heat sink design handling whatever load you throw at it.

The Mushkin Redline and Blackine Ridgeback DDR4 kits will be available in the first quarter of this year, although prices and capacities/speeds were not announced at this time.
