LIVA X Mini PC Unveiled by ECS

ECS, a motherboard manufacturing company based out of Taiwan, has utilized CES to unveil the latest addition to its LIVA family of Mini PCs, the LIVA X. The LIVA X continues the trend of the previously released LIVA Mini PCs by packing a wealth of hardware into an incredibly small and efficient package. The latest addition to the LIVA series from ECS, which is roughly the size of a pop can and consumes less than 15 watts, includes an embedded 22nm Intel Bay Trail-M SoC CPU, SuperSpeed USB 3.0, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet, dual monitor capabilities, and an mSATA slot for extra internal storage. The LIVA X features a 0dB thermal design, an incorporated VESA mount, and is capable of running the latest operating systems such as Ubuntu and Windows 7, 8, and 8.1.
