Nearly Fifteen Minutes of Continuous, Unedited Gameplay for Styx: Master of Shadows
If you watched the GameSpot E3 Stage Demo for Styx: Master of Shadows, you've already seen the gameplay video released by Focus Home Interactive earlier today. But this one contains different developer commentary, so it's worth watching either way. If you haven't been following Styx, it's a stealth action-adventure game infused with RPG elements where the titular protagonist is a goblin. It's being developed by Cyanide Studio and takes place in the same world as the developer's previous game Of Orcs and Men. What really sets this game apart is its verticality, and that's shown off in the video. Each level is huge and can be tackled in any way you see fit. In the beginning of the video we see the player taking a stealth approach without killing anyone before switching to a more brutal approach and assassinating everyone in his path.
Styx: Master of Shadows is being developed primarily for PC and expected to launch later this year. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions are planned for a later date.
