With YouTube live steams happening quite regularly as companies attempt to reach ever expanding audiences, Google has decided to grant mobile users the ability to cast live streams through its Chromecast device. Now, Chromecast owners can simply visit a YouTube live steam within the YouTube application and click on the cast button to display the live video feed onto a television that has the Google device. While PC users have long had this feature available to them, users of mobile devices have not been able to cast YouTube live streams to their television by using Chromecast until now.

It is worth noting that while Chromcast is available in Germany, YouTube live streams viewings are still not supported in the country.
