FinalWire has announced an update to its AIDA64 benchmark software, bringing it to version 4.50. A new benchmark has been added to measure cryptographic performance of OpenCL GPGPU AES-256 on graphics cards and APUs. The update also adds support for AMD Mantle graphics accelerator diagnostics, Intel H97 and Z97 chipsets, and improved support for numerous APUs, CPUs, and SoCs. CEO and lead developer Tamas Miklos said, "With AIDA64, you can get accurate data from even thousands of computers in a few seconds, and then you can easily identify machines running outdated or unsupported software, which greatly helps the IT staff estimate upgrade volume and costs." AIDA64 is available in four different versions with a range of support at prices from $39.95 to $2999.
