Dark Souls Director Hidetaka Miyazaki Named From Software's New President
Last month, Japanese publisher and developer Kadokawa announced that it was "expand[ing] its games business" by acquiring a majority share of Dark Souls developer From Software. Today, From Software announced that it has named Hidetaka Miyazaki the company's new president. Miyazaki created and directed Demon's Souls and Dark Souls, while holding a supervisory role on Dark Souls II. He is rumored to be currently working on an unannounced title, codenamed Project Beast.
