Galaxy, one of the leaders in the video card segment, has announced the GeForce GTX 780 V2, a new variation of the much loved NVIDIA GTX 780. The card retains the same PCB and layout as the original GTX 780, however Galaxy's V2 model features a revamped blower-style cooler. It's a custom Galaxy creation that allows for lower operating temperatures than a stock GTX 780, while still delivering quiet computing. Users are still going to get the same clock speeds and 3GB of GDDR5 RAM as other GTX 780s, along with all the killer NVIDIA features like GPU Boost 2.0, 3D Vision, Adaptive Vsync, and PhysX. Overclocking and monitoring the GTX 780 V2 can be easily accomplished by downloading Galaxy's Xtreme Tuner software from its website.

The Galaxy GeForce GTX 780 V2 is now available for $499.99 from the Galaxy Online Store.
