G.SKILL has announced the OC World Cup 2014 overclocking contest with the finals to be held live at Computex 2014. Online qualifiers will be held from March 24 to April 27 for highest memory frequency, SuperPI 32M, and 3DMark Fire Strike. Results will be recorded using HWBOT, with the top six qualifiers receiving an invite to the live finals. The grand prize winner will take home $10,000, second place will get 16GB of TridentX DDR3 2666MHz CL10 and 32GB of TridentX DDR3 2800MHz memory, and third place will receive 32GB of TridentX DDR3 2800MHz memory.
