Rumors appeared late last month of an Amazon Android console/set-top box possibly launching this month, but so far nothing has come of that. However, we now have a bit more fuel to the fire, as images of an Amazon Bluetooth controller have surfaced. The images appeared by way of a Brazillian regulatory agency (similar to the FCC), and they depict a controller that looks quite traditional. There are media controls on the front, an Xbox-style analog and D-pad setup, and three buttons in the middle that resemble ones you see on an Android phone or tablet. There's a fourth button in the middle that is likely used with Amazon's GameCircle service for cloud saves, achievements, and online leaderboards. LED indicators are also present to display connectivity and battery life.
The controller images look rather convincing, but remember this is still a rumor until Amazon comes out and says something one way or another.
