Vimeo On Demand, in celebrating its first birthday, has made some refinements to its service. A new program, known as the Audience Development Program, is being implemented which provides websites, subtitles, and marketing for titles that have been accepted to certain film festivals or raised over $10,000 on select crowdfunding platforms. Vimeo On Demand now also features collections, which sorts titles based on their genre and allows users of the service to find movies within specific categories. The service has incorporated a new user interface too, which not only looks more professional and appealing, but is supposed to mimic titles being available at brick and mortar stores.
