Kingston has announced a new flash drive, the DataTraveler microDuo, that combines the USB and micro USB form factors to create a versatile, small form factor solution. The inclusion of the micro USB connector and USB On-The-Go make the microDuo a perfect candidate to help expand the storage of compatible Android tablets and smartphones. The full size USB connector allows for easy transfers to other devices that aren't as restricted as mobile devices. Flash memory business manager Jean Wong said, "DT microDuo is a great companion device to mobile phones or tablets as it lets users back up files on the go thus freeing up space, or share files between devices with ease." The DataTraveler microDuo will be available in capacities of 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB.
