A new website has been launched by Microsoft, which informs users if they are or are not running Windows XP. The website is designed to help users, who are interested in the upgrade options available to them as support for Windows XP ends, identify what operating system their computer is utilizing. The company is also incorporating notifications to inform users of end of life support for the aging operating system, along with free migration software. Microsoft has designed the site in the Modern user interface, which is the style that Windows 8 and 8.1 makes use of. Additionally, the website informs users about Windows 8 upgrade avenues if they are not running Windows XP, and makes no mention of Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Interested users can visit the new website at AmIRunningXP.com in order to figure out if they are running Windows XP.

Seriously? If you are dumb enough to not know you are running XP I highly doubt you will ever find that website.
