ASUSTOR Releases ADM 2.1

The ASUSTOR Data Manager 2.1 operating system has been in beta form for just over a month since its initial offering. Today, ASUSTOR has announced that its cloud storage experience, known as ADM 2.1, has been officially released and is available immediately. The new version of the ADM operating systems brings along new features to owners of ASUSTOR NAS 2, 3, and 6 series devices. Some feature include the ability to use hard disks as removable storage archives, the ability to drag and drop files between a NAS and a computer, the ability to stream music from a NAS to mobile devices, VPN server technology, a streaming video download application, and support for Bluetooth devices. Overall, ADM 2.1 expands the functionality and of all NAS devices supported while supporting home and business users alike.

All ASUSTOR NAS 2, 3, and 6 series devices will be automatically upgraded to ADM 2.1.
