Capcom held a Strider Q&A yesterday and was posed the question of whether Amazon's purchase of developer Double Helix Games affected Strider's development in any way. Producer Andrew Szymanski said it does not affect it at all because everything Capcom wanted in the game is included – there is no DLC because all the bonus stuff is unlockable in-game through obtaining collectibles. As such, he said "DH's work is done, though I do wish them the best with whatever they do moving forward."

Strider will arrive on February 18 for PlayStation 4 and Playstation 3, and February 19 for Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox 360, for the mere price of $14.99. Knowing ahead of time that this is a "complete game" with no DLC planned should please some gamers who feel DLC is a little too prevalent these days – especially considering Capcom's controversial history with DLC.

If you're interested in learning more about Strider, Capcom released a Retrospective video and Behind-the-Scenes video earlier in the week.
