Sprint Enables 4G in More Cities
Although Sprint customers already enjoy 4G LTE service in 300 different markets around the United States, the mobile carrier has just enabled 40 additional markets to reap the benefits of quicker mobile access. The new cities that Sprint now supports include, but are not limited to, Reno, Nevada; Salt Lake City, Utah; Mobile, Alabama; Jackson, Mississippi; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Chief Network Officer at Sprint, Bob Azzi, noted that this announcement of more cities being covered under the Sprint 4G LTE blanket shows the company’s commitment to providing an exceptional wireless experience for customers.
In the meantime, Sprint is also developing its new and more advanced Sprint Spark network, which is expected to be available in about 100 cities in the next three years.
