CyberPowerPC had previously announced its take on the Steam Machine from Valve, but the company wasn't content to stop there and is showing off more new systems at CES. The Zeus Mini and Fang Battle Box are two such systems. The Zeus Mini is contained within a custom small form factor (SFF) case that has dimensions of 4.4" wide, 17.4" long, and 13" in height. Users are given the choice between 4th Generation Intel Core or AMD Kaveri A-series processors with an NVIDIA GTX 700 series or AMD Radeon R9 and R7 series GPU. DDR3 memory up to 2133MHz in speed is also included alongside SSDs from multiple manufacturers. The custom case has the ability to house a 240mm liquid cooling solution. The AMD based Zeus Mini A 100 starts at $599 and the Intel based Zeus Mini I 100 starts at $799.
The Fang Battle Box is a truly portable gaming system, contained within a case that sports a handle for easy transport. The portable nature of the system doesn't prevent it from packing in the power as it houses components that rival conventional desktop systems. The Battle Box gives users the option between the latest AMD and NVIDIA GPUs and even has enough space to squeeze a liquid cooling setup.
