VIZIO Reveals New P-Series Smart TVs

Announced at CES in Las Vegas, Nevada, VIZIO has revealed their new line of Smart TVs. Known as the P-Series, the new televisions offer 4K resolution displays, 802.11ac dual-band MIMO wireless, Full-Array LED backlighting and advanced local dimming technology, HEVC Codec, and the VIZIO V6 processor. The V6 processor features six cores total, comprised of a dual-core CPU and a quad-core GPU to provide maximum performance while using the features that the P-Series provide. Also included is the VIZIO Internet Apps Plus service, which can be accessed if the television is connected to the Internet.

Pricing is the main selling point for the new VIZIO P-Series Smart TVs. The 50-inch for can be purchased for $999.99, 55-inch for $1,399.99, 60-inch for $1,799.99, 65-inch for $2,199.99, and 70-inch for $2,599.99.
