Despite Christmas Flood, Joe Danger Infinity Will Arrive January 9th
Many gamers were saddened to learn of the flood that destroyed the offices of Hello Games on Christmas day. Aside from the financial hit (especially since insurance will not cover it), what would that mean for the futures of Joe Danger Infinity and No Man's Sky? While the latter's future was not discussed, studio founder Sean Murray told Polygon that Joe Danger Infinity is moving along according to schedule and should be released on January 9th as originally planned, priced at $2.99 USD. That happens to be exactly one year from the release of its previous iOS iteration, Joe Danger Touch.
While some people may scoff at it being an iOS game, Joe Danger Infinity is actually "the biggest Joe Danger" to date, so fans of the series should find a lot to love if they happen to own an iDevice. It should also be noted that if you want the development of No Man's Sky to be unscathed from the flood, supporting the developer by purchasing Joe Danger Infinity is probably not a bad idea...just saying.
