BitFenix recently launched a new website aimed at helping to streamline and improve the way support tickets are handled. Users will now be able to easily submit help tickets to the BitFenix Support Center and track the progress of their ticket. With the new support system BitFenix has stated, "our goal is to be able to respond to our customers within 48 hours of submission." Users with tickets currently open under the old system are "encouraged to continue using the old system until their issue is resolved."
