Announced on the Korean version of the LG website earlier this year, the company noted that Android 4.4 would be coming to the LG G2 sometime during this month. Starting today, LG G2 devices that are located in Korea will begin to receive an update that will upgrade the device to Android 4.4. The update, which is 637.39MB in size, will be rolled out to the current LG flagship device OTA. Canadian users on the other hand have been informed that their LG G2 devices will receive the Android KitKat update during the latter half of the first quarter of next year.  No information is available on which LG G2 devices will be receiving the update first in Korea, though with the update being released today most smartphones should be updated shortly.
