Way back in April of 2012, I posted about a new game in development called Reset. Earlier today, with just thirteen hours to go in its Indiegogo campaign, developer Theory Interactive achieved its funding goal of €65,000 and is now looking toward its Director's Cut stretch goal of €75,000. Even if you're not one of the backers (and I don't blame you, as I personally will only use Kickstarter, not Indiegogo), this is great news because Reset looks like a truly unique (and gorgeous!) game. If you're not familiar with the game, these are the main features as written on its Indiegogo campaign page:

  • Unique single player co-op mechanic with 33 individual puzzles to solve
  • Gorgeous 16 square km open world island to explore and get lost in
  • Smart, haunting but beautiful storyline
  • True next gen immersive PC experience enabled by in-house tech Praxis including:
    • Physically based multilayered materials
    • True HDR rendering
    • Volumetric lighting
    • Dynamic day and night cycles with accurate star positions
    • Dynamic weather effects including highly realistic cloud simulation, rain and fog with varying density
    • High quality multichannel audio

You can watch the gameplay tutorial video below and if you'd like to pledge, there's still some time to do so. You can also follow the game in Steam Greenlight's Concepts section.
