ECS has announced a new line of Mini-ITX motherboards that are based around an included Intel Bay-Trail System-on-a-Chip, the BAT-I series. A trio of motherboards will be available, each with a different included CPU, providing users with several options to choose from. The BAT-I series is targeted toward small form factor systems and other applications where power is a concern, as these new boards have a maximum power consumption of 10W. One of the models uses a Pentium CPU and the other two use Celerons. The boards are still packed with features despite their small size, including Mini PCI-e, USB 3.0, serial port headers, and full HD support through an HDMI connection.
