At first glance, the Xigmatek Orthrus is a very unique heatsink, unlike anything I have seen before. The cooler is built around a copper base and seven heat-pipes. The Orthrus features two sets of fins to help to better disperse heat over all motherboard components around the processor in addition to cooling the CPU. Each set of fins has its own fan, once of which is 140mm and the other 80mm. The larger fan is able to move 79.84 CFM and the smaller can push 23.83 CFM. The fans also keep a relatively low noise profile with a maximum of 35 dBA produced.
