Computex is going on down in Taiwan next week, which means a lot of new computer hardware is getting announced. COUGAR, one of the leading names in cases and power supplies, has unveiled its newest case: the Archon. This new case is of the mid tower variety yet can accomodate graphics cards up to 310mm in length, hold three 2.5" and three 3.5" drives, and five 120mm fans (only the rear is provided). The front fan area includes an easy to remove dust filter to keep everything clean inside. There's also room for two 5.25" devices, with a screw-less mechanism on both. USB 3.0 is supported on the front I/O, while there's seven PCI slots on the rear. The entire front panel is mesh, as is part of the side, but there's a window to peek at the hardware inside. Opening up the case is going to have a different look than most, as the motherboard tray, HDD/SSD trays, and screw-less mechanisms are a lovely shade of orange. COUGAR likes to bring orange to its products, and the Archon case is done very tastefully.

The COUGAR Archon should be available soon, although no specific release date or price were announced.
