NZXT is well known for its innovative and unique case designs, but over the years its product breadth has been expanding to cover pretty much every aspect of a computer build. There's fans, fan controllers, CPU coolers (both air and water), mice, and even power supplies. That latter category is of concern today, as NZXT has launched its first fully modular power supply with the HALE90 V2. The HALE90 V2 is 80 Plus Gold certified, with NZXT saying efficiency levels can reach as high as 90% under load. Internally there are server-grade features like "solid-bar interconnects between the main board and cable-host board," which eliminates the need for wires. The board layout has been arranged for maximum airflow, while white solder-resist provides "ten times the thermal conductivity of normal solder-resist." Externally, well, there's the fully modular cables so you only need to hook up what you need for your system. The stunning white and black color scheme provide a unique look, and the 135mm helps keep everything within operating temperature.

NZXT HALE90 V2 is available in 850, 1000, and 1200 watt capacities, with a price of $189.99, $229.99, and $269.99, respectively. The new PSUs and other products will be on display during CES this week, but no word on when it'll be available to purchase.
