Chromebooks are laptops running the Chrome OS from Google that typically focus on mobility and using all of the services available from Google. Samsung recently released a new model and now Acer is getting into the Chromebook market with the Acer C7 Chromebook. The C7 features an 11.6" screen, Intel Celeron 847 processor, and 2GB of DDR3. It offers less battery life than the recent offering from Samsung but also comes with a 320GB hard drive, much more storage than that available on the Samsung. Rounding out the features on the C7 are an Ethernet port, Wi-Fi, and HDMI output. The Acer C7 will be available starting tomorrow and will retail for $199.
