CPU releases are generally preceded by lots of PR hype and media fanfare. When the processors fail to live up to expectations, like last year's Bulldozer chips from AMD, the backlash can be very damaging. This time around, there has been a much more subdued release of the second generation codenamed 'Vishera' processors with four new processors being introduced: FX-8350, FX-8320, FX-6300, and FX-4300. The flagship FX-8350 comes with a stock clock speed of 4.0GHz and is equipped with equipped with four Piledriver modules and eight cores.
