Sleeping Dogs Goes Supernatural With Nightmare in North Point DLC
Sleeping Dogs' first story-based DLC titled Nightmare in North Point will be hitting gamers' hard disks come October 30, just in time for Halloween. The new content will usher in a darker paranormal side to the typically vibrant neon-lit streets and alleys of Hong Kong, with undercover hero Wei Shen now using his brutal martial arts skills against the undead. In a demo unveiled by United Front Games and Square Enix we learn that a Triad victim comes back to life on a mission of vengeance, and he's backed up by an army of walking corpses. To help Wei Shen in zombie-slaying he's armed with lightning fists and a peach wood sword for battling Chinese vampires called the Jiang Shi. Pricing for the add-on was not provided at the New York Comic Con panel that showcased Nightmare in North Point, although Square Enix points out that the DLC will showcase several hours' worth of new content.
